Refund & Order Policy

All orders from Secret Garden Cottage Bakery are made fresh, in small batches, and are final sale once prepared. Because our items are perishable and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.
 

If there is an issue with your order,  such as an error on our part or a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@secretgardencottagebakery.com and we will do our right by you, whether that's a replacement, credit toward a future order, or refund at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if canceled at least 36 hours before the scheduled pickup or drop date. Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients are typically purchased and preparation may have already begun.

Secret Garden Cottage Bakery prepares food in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and soy. While we take allergen-conscious care in our process, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free of allergen cross-contact unless explicitly stated. Please contact us directly with any allergy concerns before ordering.
